INGREDIENTS
- 500g (1 lb) minced beef
- 1 large onion, finley chopped
- 1 jar Minara's Vindaloo Paste
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients in a pan, with two jars of water.
- Simmer gently until mince is cooked, or place in a casserole dish and put in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 30 minutes or until mince is tender.
- Garnish with sliced tomatoes. Server hot with rice, nan or chips. If desired, add a few frozen peas or beans just before taking off the heat.
