Mixed Nowratan
MEAL FOR 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 250g (½ lb) uncooked meat or poultry
  • 6 florets of cauliflower
  • 115g (4 oz) whole green beans
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1 can (400g) of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 jar (190g) of Minara's Rogan Josh Paste

Chicken Tandoori Masala
MEAL FOR 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g (1 lb) chicken, diced
  • 1 jar (190g) of Minara's Tandoori Masala Sauce
Quick Tuna Starter/Snack
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small can of tuna (150g approx)
  • 3 teaspoons Minara's Madras / Rogan Josh / Curry / Vindaloo / Korma Paste (choice of taste)
Prawn & Crispy Courgette Balti

  • 500g (1 lb) prawns
  • 4 courgettes, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 jar Minara's Balti Sauce
Vegetable Jalfrezi
MEAL FOR 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g (1 lb) fresh diced mixed vegetables
  • 1 jar Minara's Jalfrezi Sauce
Bhuna Beef
MEAL FOR 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g (1 lb) Stewing or Braising beef (diced)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 jar of Minara's​ Rogan Josh Sauce
Keema Vindaloo
MEAL FOR 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g (1 lb) minced beef
  • 1 large onion, finley chopped
  • 1 jar Minara's Vindaloo Sauce
METHOD
  1. Place the meat, onions and Minara's Rogan Josh Paste into a casserole dish and add two jars of water.
  2. Place the casserole dish in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) stirring occasionally for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
  3. Add the rest of the vegetables and tomatoes and place back in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander.  Serve with rice or nan.
METHOD
  1. Wash and drain the chicken, place in a medium sized saucepan, stir fry the chicken in own juice until cooked.
  2. Pour over the sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice, salad or vegetables.
METHOD
  1. Drain tuna of brine or oil and place into a small bowl.
  2. Add Paste and mix together well.
    ​Add fresh coriander and diced onions to enhance the flavours.
  3. Spread on hot buttered toast, pappadums or have with salad.

  1. Wash and drain Prawns.
  2. Stir fry courgettes for 1 minute, add prawns and the jar of Minara's Balti Sauce with half a jar of water, simmer for 2 minutes and then add the peppers.  Take off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander or parsley.  Serve with rice, nan or salad.
​Cooking time 5 minutes.
METHOD
  1. Stir fry vegetables until tender, then add the jar of Minara's Jalfrezi Sauce.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Server with fresh green salad and rice.
​Cooking time 10 minutes.
METHOD
  1. Wash and drain meat, place in a medium sized saucepan then add Minara's Rogan Josh Sauce plus half a jar of water and simmer until tender stirring occasionally.
  2. Add tin of tomatoes, simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with spring onions.  Serve hot with rice or nan accompanied with Minara's​ pappadums and chutney.

METHOD
  1. Place all the ingredients in a pan, with half a jar of water.
  2. Simmer gently until mince is cooked, or place in a casserole dish and put in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 30 minutes or until mince is tender.
  3. Garnish with sliced tomatoes.  Server hot with rice, nan or chips.  If desired, add a few frozen peas or beans just before taking off the heat.
